A contact form looks like the easiest part of a website. Then the messages start going missing, the inbox fills with bot spam, and someone on the team ends up copying leads into a spreadsheet by hand every Monday.
Puffin Forms takes that job off your plate. You point any form on any website at Puffin Forms, and we take care of what happens after someone presses submit. It’s now open in private beta.
Messages arrive where your team already is
Each submission can go to email, Slack, Discord, Telegram or a webhook, and to several of them at once. Sales can get a Slack ping for every new lead while support gets the same message by email.
If your team lives in other tools, submissions can flow straight into Google Sheets, Notion or Airtable, or kick off a workflow in Zapier.
Spam stays out of your inbox
Bots have gotten good at looking like people. Puffin Forms uses AI to catch spam, phishing attempts and bot messages before they reach you, and works with the CAPTCHA you may already use (Cloudflare Turnstile, reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha). You can also block specific IP addresses or whole countries.
Every customer hears back
Autoresponders send an instant reply to whoever filled in the form, so they know their message arrived. Connect your own email provider and those replies come from your own domain, with no “sent via” label underneath.
Messages written in another language can be translated for you automatically, so a customer abroad gets the same quick answer as one down the road.
Room for the whole team
Workspaces keep each client or project separate, and roles (owner, admin, member and viewer) decide who can see and change what. Agencies can look after many websites without mixing them up.
Forms can accept file uploads up to 25 MB, which covers CVs, screenshots and design files. When you need the data somewhere else, export it as CSV, Excel or JSON in one click.
